"Lovely property and amenities and very helpful staff. Only"

"The room was beautiful, we were upgraded to a full ocean view which was stunning. Room was large, clean and well equipped. The staff were kind and very helpful."

"The AC was on the floor in the main room, bedroom was humid and no AC. Otherwise the stay was great!"

"Excellent! Close proximity to Ala Moana Mall and Magic Island. The staff is amazing!"

"This was our first trip to Hawai’i and we were so glad we chose the Outrigger Reef Waikiki! I first want to mention the Hawaiian music from local artists that occurred in the Kani Ka Pila Grill, the front bar and restaurant area. You could sit at a table or the bar area to listen or also enjoy the music from the beautiful pool area. The other restaurant, Monkeypod Kitchen, also had live music daily, as well as delicious food and Mai Tais. All of the staff we met were friendly and helpful, and...

"Absolutely fantastic"

"**The Laylow was AMAZING!** I could not have asked for a better place to stay. I am already looking forward to going back to Hawaii, and honestly, I would go back just to stay at this hotel! The Laylow is conveniently located near everything. You can take a quick 10-minute walk and be at the beach, and there are amazing food spots and a donut shop right across the street. The location is perfect! The housekeeping staff was amazing, and the rest of the hotel staff was just as friendly and...

"For the price, it's a fantastic stay. The location is very convenient. The staff was friendly. The door locks early, so be ready for that. Otherwise no issues at all."

"We had a beautiful stay overall, Breakfast was great! They had staff preparing eggs to order, There were also yogurts, pancakes, fresh fruit, and plenty of other options for the kids, which we really appreciated as a family. Unfortunately, the evening snacks and drinks were underwhelming. One night, they offered nachos, but the chips were stale, and they ran out of cheese so quickly that I had to ask for more. It took a very long time for them to replenish it, which was disappointing. The pool...

"The hotel is really ideally located on the Beach Walk, which is lined with shops and restaurants to make your stay convenient. It is just minutes from the beach, literally three blocks to a nice, sandy, easy swimming stretch of sand and sea. The room was well-equipped, as it is technically a time-share, so it has a small kitchen. My friend and I needed two rooms, so we turned the living room, using the fold out bed, into a second bedroom. The bathroom was HUGE! I thoroughly enjoyed the deep...

"The staff were amazing and made our experience special. They went out of their way to help with anything."

"Our fav spot!"

"Amazing stay at Ilikai Hotel & Luxury Suites! The room was comfortable, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the valet parking service was excellent. Everything was wonderful, and we had a great experience with our family. Highly recommend and would love to stay again!"

"Check in and valet were excellent. Room view of the mountains was great."
