"Despite the people working there are nice, it is very difficult to get the reception which was open only until 4.00pm and closed during the weekend... so if you have an issue and you need help, it is complicated.

"The place has beautiful surroudings, but the place needs an upgrade to match the beautiful mountains. Especially the food served for dinner was below expectations The cleanliness of the bathrooms was not acceptable. On the positive side, the sauna was very impressive.
