"The hotel was perfect for me and my 2 kids; the service was amazing - from the warm welcome from Frank when we arrived to help from others throughout our stay, nothing was too much travel. The hotel is also conveniently located with a regular shuttle to Dubai Mall & plenty of taxis. It is a very busy hotel though so breakfast and reception were swarming with people! Will definitely come back here"

"I stayed for 5 days and the experience was amazing. From valet FREE parking to easy access to public transportation. Staffing was great from arriving to the hotel to all amenities it has to offer. All other bad reviews of the elevators and everything else did not have no relevance to my stat. Everything was fine and up to par. The pool has one of the best views in the whole Dubai in general. I have recommended this to friends and family. Will definitely stay here again. Transportation is walkable as the train station is about a 3 min walk. Close to the museum as well. Amazing experience "

If you are visiting the DIFC for business it is less than 10 mins walk from Gate Avenue which then takes you into the DIFC and access to all the main offices. Saves loads of time waiting for taxis or sitting in the huge traffic jams. The hotel is dry which suits me personally. Rooms are very comfortable, nice towels, decent toilet paper and a fantastic gym. "
