"The person at front desk was really nice. I didn’t get his name but he allowed us to check in early and even upgraded our room to pool side view. All the staff were wonderful and friendly and breakfast was brill. The spa staff were really nice and showed me around. Made me feel really comfortable and safe. "This is the best hotel I ever stayed! Luxury with outstanding comfort. Fun complimentary camel rides, beautiful white sand beach, next door to Parliament House. Expensive but worth the money. Will definitely go back if visit Abu Dhabi again. Only little improvement, add more food variety at Vandome buffet and provide shuttle bus to major sites will be great!"
