The property is in a very good location, a lot of restaurants and shopping places in the close vicinity, but corridors, elevators, had some unpleasant odor. The toilet in my room made a very loud noise when someone in the upper floors flushed their toilet, it woke me up several times at night.

Property needs major uplift. The sofa in our room was ripped and the carpet did not liok cllean. Lots of flies in the restaurant where breakfast was served. Minor uplifts will make a good experience.
