The staff accommodates your every need during your stay in Egypt.. Abado, arranged all my sight seeing trips. Jana my translator over the phone when ever I needed her. Ahmed who teaches me Arabic words😊 very friendly and kind.
And their staff was always making sure the place was clean and smelling good. Their drivers were respectful and knowledgeable.

Everyone was so helpful and kind, nothing was to much trouble.
Amazing view of the Pyramids every day while eating your breakfast.
Very clean room with extra spacious comfortable bed.
Thank you Walit your staff are fabulous.

The room was really nice but quite small. The bathroom was tiny, couldnt reach the pegs/towels at the top.
It states daily house keeping but our room was not cleaned once, we had to ask for bottles of water, fresh towels and toilet paper which they did give straight away.
The older man called Khaled in the restaurant was really nice and welcoming and looked after us. The tall receptionist was very friendly and gave us good suggestions.
Another member of staff called Moustafa was very unwelcoming after we did not book any tours with him. He did not even speak to us after this and was quite rude- this was quite off putting staying in the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, very central and close to everything. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and everything felt fresh and clean. The food was also delicious and hygienic, with a good variety to choose from. Overall, a lovely experience I would definitely recommend it and hope to come back again soon
