Receptionist was pleasant, friendly and helpful. Good first impression. Restaurant was good as was the gym. Available ping-pong and billiards nice to have Room was in good condition. Was there for only 1-day but was glad to have chosen this hotel.

Was clean and has a best view to the main road of Fujairah. Staff were very helpful and nice to all. Best place to go.

The worst service I ever had in my 20 years. I am following the hotel staff for last 4 days to get my invoice emailed to me but hotel staff is least bothered to take any action. Excellent service and relaxing stay Great pool!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay! Check-In was fast and efficient. The omellet and falafel station is a great touch! My fresh grilled fish ať dinner was superb. Many thanks to our waiters Fasile and Rohan! The pool, fitness and spa facilities are top notch. Just what we needed after a day of sightseeing. Our room was spacious and very clean. All staff adhered to high hygienic standards. Good WiFi and lots of TV channels. Actually, everything was perfect. Just what we needed. Thank you!
