He then argued further and told us that we were getting a good deal, although my husband showed him other hotels for less that included breakfast. The parking area was littered with garbage the bathroom had black mold in the shower and behind the sink and toilet walls. None of the blinds were operational. "Arrived the hotel and was told that there was either no booking received from Hotels.com or it was already cancelled but I wasn't notified before.
