"The hotel was nice but we wanted to move our stay to a few days before. I accidentally booked for the day we left, rather than the day we came (we only needed a one night accommodation until our Airbnb was ready). The person we spoke to was rude, and said no exceptions and no refunds (we realized 12 days prior, rather than 14 when a full refund would have been given). "The property was in a wonderful location. It was so nice to escape for a week after first visiting Athens. It felt like a true getaway. The cove in the property was one of the best places we've ever swam in. Our room had a great view of the sunset from right outside our window. Within a 3 minute walking distance to the beach which also allowed for some great swims. "Our family of 6 stayed in this very lovely, clean villa in Kalathas, Crete, which is a wonderful location. The beach near the Villa is beautiful with plenty of chairs and umbrellas (you have to pay for them)! We did drive to the beach which is about 1 mile away. The Villa is only a 15-20 minute drive to Chania. The pool was beautiful and clean. There are 12 apartments, and it was quiet and serene. We really enjoyed our stay which slept 6 people comfortably.
