"This property is nothing as they described online. It’s Not even in the town they have listed on the site. No Hot water No shower No microwave No Wi-Fi No free breakfast Not even a bucket without cracks to bathe Leaking sink in the bathroom that floods the floor Very poor customer service, I waited for 15-20 mins just for the staff to confirm my reservation even though she saw my full itinerary and Invoice showing full details of my purchase. "the property was off in back of some "EXTEMELY" bumpy back alley in the dark. The address was unsearchable, the host was unknowledgeable. I did NOT stay at this property, I couldn't. They had my reservations all fouled up."

"It’s a nice place but too far from the main road so it’s not so easy to locate if you don’t reside in the area. I think they should put directions on the street to lead to the hotel. I used google maps to get there"

"My husband and I had a great time in the Treehouse. The hosts were great. Not only were they incredibly hospitable, they were so kind they felt like friends immediately. The dinners provided were very tasty, and it was really nice they provided drinking water as well. The room was clean and comfortable.Highly recommend! "

" The staff are very good, especially the Reception staff who were very friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and kept clean."  The sleep quality was excellent, and the mattresses felt like sleeping at home. The restaurant's food was tasty and freshly made, and there were various options. The room amenities were nicely done. I will definitely visit here again "

"Manager and staff are lovely. Rooms not up standard, fridge not working, there was no facilities for tea/coffee in room.breakfast very poor, no choice, eggs. We had to go to another building for breakfast as it was not cooked on premises, so had to wait a long time. Asked for our clothes to be washed, they were taken from dryer and just tossed into the bag, crushed and unfolded. Having said all that, they have now start to upgrade the hotel. "

Terrible service

"For a 6 night stay, I walked in to no tv in the room. Kept requesting for them to fix yet nothing was done about my comfort. The closet is terribly dusty so I had no choice of hanging my clothes. Bedsheet was changed just once upon my request. There is also no working microwave if you plan on staying longer"
