"Location, location, location! Stunning views across the sea straits to the Albanian mountains. Very pretty, sea facing courtyard garden, on 2 levels with a variety of seating and tables, along with a seat and sun loungers for private use of villa residents on the beach outside the cottage. Perfect for early morning coffee while watching passing yachts and boats. Quiet beach area, felt like our own private beach most of the time. The owners, who live next door, are very friendly and helpful but not intrusive. The villa was very clean and linen/towels changed regularly, bins emptied frequently too. We hired a car to explore the local mountain roads, stopping off for Greek coffees and meeting the locals sat at tiny cafes in the mountain villages, and many beautiful views to the coast. Most of the mountain villages are easily accessible, provided you have a head for heights on some of the hairpin bends! Nearby Kassiopi town has all the amenities you may need."

"5 couples stayed for 2 weeks. We loved the place, the rooms are very pleasant and the bathrooms are good although a little tired in places. Cleaners called a couple of times to change the towels, bedding etc . Having a local English contact came in useful as we needed a dentist during our stay! Amazing location with 2 great tavernas within 75 metre walk - even a boat hire in the bay. A hire car is essential, but not too expensive with plenty of choice at the airport, about an hour from the villa. So many beautiful places within a maximum hours' drive, although Kassiopi has everything you need by way of shops, cafes, boat trips etc. Everywhere we went the local people are so friendly and helpful. The villa instruction book does need updating, no mention of disposing of waste/recycling, and some spare bin liners shouldn't be too much to ask for. Overall great value; highly recommended."

"We have just returned from a week in Villa Corfu Erimitis and we cannot fault it in anyway. We were 2 families with 4 children ranging from 1 to 14 years old and there was something for everyone… aka the incredible pool! There were pool toys, floats, water pistols provided which was great entertainment. The villa itself was pristine and so clean with housekeepers coming in half way through our trip which was an added bonus. The listing for the villa does it no justice whatsover so just book and you will not be disappointed. The location of the villa is just perfect, set back off the main road where it is so so quiet. Just a 2minute walk away is the stunning bay of Avlaki where there is nothing but a beautiful beach, 2 amazing tavernas and a boat/paddleboard hire company. When i say it is quiet, all you can hear is the waves! There is hardly any people around and the beach everytime we went down there was empty! Thank you Dimitris for letting us stay in your beautiful property and always replying so quickly whenever i messaged you! We will definitely be back as we have found a real gem. We will forever treasure our memories from the best trip"

"We had a 2 bed part of the villa on the ground floor, which was clean and very well presented. Lovely shower in the bathroom and comfy beds. The pool gives great views across the sea and now has brollies at either end. Corfu is a wonderful island, although some of the roads are interesting. Will definitley be returning."

"A wonderful stay at this beautiful house to celebrate my wife's milestone birthday. A week wasn't long enough! As a family of 8, we found the house to be spacious, comfortable and well equipped. We made good use of the amazing pool and loungers. The location is perfect for a peaceful stay. 5 minutes walk to the lovely Avlaki beach for a morning swim. The bonus was having a great Taverna, Cavo Barbaro at the end of the lane. They looked after us very well. We hired a car and found it essential for supermarket runs and to explore this lovely corner of Corfu. Thank you from the Speirs family for a wonderful stay!"
