"The house is absolutely beautiful sitting in spacious grounds with an amazing pool which gets shade in the late afternoon. It exceeded my (quite high) expectations and we would love to go back. The various shady seating areas were such a delight if you had enough baking in the sun and the ping pong was fun. There is a house next door through hedges (Avlaki Cottage) and you can hear those guests a little bit but it is otherwise really quiet (other than the soundtrack of crickets and birds).It is really well stocked with kitchen things and everything worked. We were really comfortable there and it had everything we needed. We didn’t cook much and didn’t barbecue (there was a ban in place anyway) but it’s a very easy house to live in with effective air conditioning and the beds were excellent too. Avlaki bay is quiet compared with neighbouring ones which have more tavernas and you’ll need a car for a shop but it was such a pleasure to come back to at the end of the day. Go and see the lovely people at Avlaki Boats and hire one for the day. We did it three times and it was wonderful. We learned that in some places including Kalami and Agni you need a reservation at a taverna to moor at the jetty but Kassiopi has an easy harbour without that restriction. We went with two teenagers and we had an amazing time. It was the best holiday we’ve had in recent years and I am so happy we found it,"

"Very nice Villa in a great location. Interior is very nice and furnishings all high quality. Very clean throughout, with great bathrooms and comfortable beds. Good aircon throughout. Outside, the pool is a great size, good quality sun loungers, plenty of shady spots. It is not far from some fantastic beaches and close to a great local shop and coffee shop / bakery. Parking close to the Villa is no problem. Overall a great Villa for a large group."

"We did have a lovely week at the Christina Beach house. The location and access to the sea were excellent. The supermarket at the top of the hill was great, and it’s about a 1.5km walk to central Kassiopi. We were party of 7, so used both the upstairs and downstairs apartments. The downstairs apartment was far more modern than the upstairs, and I would recommend that the upstairs is updated with a lick of paint and kitchen. It was incredibly musty when we arrived and the floors felt like they hadn’t been recently swept. Also the cooker needs changing in this apartment, we were unable to boil water on the hob as the rings didn’t get hot enough. I would also recommend that the pool size is added to the listing as it is smaller than the photos suggest."

"Wonderful property that matched its description with fantastic views. Excellent easy access and turning even for our 9 seater minivan.We were a family holiday and loved the use of the small children's pool and the bbq.Please note that you only get 1 key that also activates all the electricity in the property. So when you go out everything goes off. A/C understood. However it also stops the fridge/freezer and the dishwasher!Owner came by everyday cleaning pool etc and was very responsive to our needs."
