"Highly recommend. The hotel is in a great location, and you can easily book activities directly through the hotel. They’ll even arrange pickup from the hotel, which I highly recommend doing. The staff are incredibly helpful and make sure everything runs smoothly. You just have to pay, and they take care of the rest. If you have any worries (which I did), they’ll take the time to explain the procedures and make you feel comfortable. The hotel is also surrounded by many restaurants and is close to a shopping area, which makes it very convenient."

"The hotel is beautiful and is truly a cave hotel. Be prepared for rustic accommodations, however. The staff is very helpful, kind, and available 24 x 7. This place, however, is not for the physically challenged. There are many steep steps and you must have good knees and stamina if you are above the first floor. We even had 2 tall steps in the room for which we had to be very careful. All places in Cappadocia are full of steps, so expect the same of the hotels. It’s all about the experience, "
