"This hotel provided excellent services from check in to check out. Staff were friendly and professional. The room was spacious and clean, with a very nice view. The onsen experience was superior as the hotel had different onsen pools for guests to enjoy, and the changing room was also very neat and clean. "We had a room with half board and enjoyed the 24 hr Natural hot spring within the hotel. Free shuttle to the bus station after check out was helpful as it snowed the night before "

"We had a great stay at Jurin. Glad that the hotel rooms are renovated. Toilets are fine, only thing is the tap is still old. We were glad to read the reviews before driving up. It was too steep to drive up. so we call for help at Takamiya Lucent. The staffs are all very helpful. and shuttles are very helpful for us during this trip."

"The hotel was easy to find and very close to Sendai train station. The pillows were VERY thin, I would highly suggest either bringing your own or ask the staff for an additional pillow. There's a Lawson's on the first floor which makes it convenient for snacks/water etc. The room was small but for one night it worked for what we needed. The A/C worked very well. The staff was wonderfuland the hotel was very clean!"

"Very pleasantly surprised after arriving here on our first day in Sendai. The staff were very attentive, patient, and thorough. The rooms were clean and decently sized. The location was also very convenient and the breakfast is a major bonus. The options were very diverse and tasty, highly recommend when staying here."
