The kitchen is fully stocked, plus access to a washing machine and drying space is very much appreciated for longer visits. "Two factors made our stay at this house so memorable: 1) The house sits on the beautiful island of Stegesund (no cars, only a small dirt road) that overlooks gorgeous water just outside of the town of Vaxholm. The July sun bathes the house in warm light all day long. You get the benefit of feeling away from the city while only being a 5 minute ferry/boat ride away from Vaxholm. Very peaceful! 2)Anders, the host, was amazing to work with. From the booking process through to helping us organize a taxi ride to the airport, Anders was always responsive and willing to make our stay as carefree as possible. We will definitely stay here again if we get the opportunity."
