Top Akcakale Hotel Reviews
Palmyra Boutique Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"This was a lovely and unique hotel. The pictures are accurate. The breakfast was plentiful and had a good variety. The staff at the breakfast buffet worked hard to make sure the dining rooms were immaculately clean and ke fresh food coming."
Nevali Hotel

"Very good place to stay breakfast was amazing"
Hızmalı Otel

"I travel very much and sleep in many hotels. This was the smallest room I've ever had and it was great. Original stone walls and arched ceiling. Good shower."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the owners were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Hatice Hanım’s homemade breakfast was absolutely delicious, and everything was freshly made. This is a lovely family run hotel, and everyone, including their children, was kind and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, and the hotel truly reflects the spirit of Şanlıurfa. It is also within easy walking distance of Balıklıgöl and the historic bazaar. A special thanks to Mehmet Bey, who kindly drove us to the bus station late in the evening without expecting anything in return. We truly appreciated his kindness. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Şanlıurfa."

"The hotel is clean and well maintained. But the parking lot is really small and weird structure go in and come out…"

"Perfect choice for Sanliurfa. Fish pools just over the road and beautiful views from the hotel of the fish pool gardens and castle wall ruins. Breakfast was amazing! First class. We also had a fantastic dinner in the cellar for a Turkish evening. It is pretty loud but a lot of fun with authentic Turkish music and fantastic food. The top restaurant wasn’t open that would have seen the views, I’m guessing because it was too windy?"
Nomad Inn
8/10 Good
"Firstly, it's a good looking place in its original style, however, my room (basic single), I don't think was worth the price. It was clean, but the amenities inside needed attention, and it had a damp smell. The Aircon also stopped working (batteries I think), but the guy was gone, so couldn't ask for new ones. Instead, with only a sheet on the bed, I had a cool night. Breakfast was very good though, and quite varied, but the lack of interaction/interest from the staff made it more of a sterile place to stay, than a nice welcoming one. Beware, it's tucked away in the old part of town, so if you have a vehicle, it's not easy to get to, even on a motorbike"
