"We had a terrific stay at the Criterion - Felicity was very welcoming on arrival and her sidekick [apologies, I didn't get her name] was very helpful throughout our stay. "Friendly welcome at check in. Having a separate lounge and two bedrooms was perfect for our overnight stay. The beds were comfortable, nice linen, plenty of big towels, good powerful shower, great heatpump to keep us warm.
