Great location, only 5 minutes walk from International Terminal 3, or a 3 minute monorail ride and walk from Terminal 2, depending on your arriving terminal. Highly recommended if you're arriving late or departing early from Haneda. Hotel staff were very friendly and most spoke English. Rooms are the usual Japanese hotel size (small) but they are clean and sufficient, with a small fridge, safe, aircon, tv, and clean bathroom. A few restaurants and souvenir shops are located just outside the hotel foyer, although most close at 8pm. There is also a Lawson konbini outside the hotel. Stayed on May 27 and June 11, 2025"
