The staff at the reception was very unfriendly and rigid. In the room, parts of the ceiling came down. Absolutely unworthy especially for a Best Western!

Great location next to highway. Hotel located close to shopping center and food establishments. Check in was tricky as front desk did not speak English. Room is okay, bathroom had shower that leaked all over floor. Property needs attention as most areas are worn and dated. Pool is basic but good for kids. Unfortunately people bring glasses to pool and my son got a deep cut from a broken piece of glass. Front desk fortunately spoke English very well and helped us with bandages to stop bleeding.

The room was ok, but there was only one chair available. The airco did not work, because "after the 23th of september the airco is changed to heating". So we had to open a window, because it was 24 degrees inside the room. The traffic-noise was terrible. The personal in the restaurant was not very friendly.

Struttura comoda vicino dall'autostrada. Camera pulita, abbastanza spaziosa che avrebbe bisogno di piccoli restyling. Personale gentile. All'arrivo ci è stata offerta una bibita, se capiterà soggiorneremo presso questo hotel nuovamente.

J’ai séjourné plus de 20 fois dans cet hôtel et je constate que il y a de plus en plus de petites problématiques à chaque fois. Aussi le tapis de notre chambre était taché à plusieurs endroits. Température de la chambre à 25 degré à notre arrivée, vraiment étouffant.

Hôtel qui a besoin d'un rafraîchissement. Moquette très limite dans la chambre. Problème d'évacuation des toilettes. Personnel qui doit être essentiellement des alternants ou stagiaires. Ils font ce qu'ils peuvent mais on sent qu'il manque du personnel qualifié qui reçoivent un salaire en conséquence
