"Yessir and Khalid were very attentive with an issue I had with the tv and quickly got it taken cared of. Yessir answered all of the questions I had as this was my first trip to Marrakech. Khalid is his concierge/valet and was a very big help with my suitcases and housekeeping concerns. I cleaned my own apartment but Khalid changed out my trash and assisted with other issues. "Beautiful 5 star property. All staff were amazing especially Sarah who checked us in the hotel efficiently. Sarah was amazing and helped us check in at 12:00 when our check in was supposed to be at 15:00. All facilities were amazing including pools , rooms and breakfast buffet . So much variety for everyone to choose from . Will definitely be coming back to Marrakech just for Savoy Le Grande Hotel !"

"We had a wonderful stay. Loved the pool area, with pool chairs and afternoon snacks. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Bedroom was very comfortable with good AC. Only downside was the walk to the Souk along a narrow dirty and busy road with lots of blind turns where you had to be quite careful to avoid the cars and bikes. "
