"The hotel is a top notch with classic interior deisgns, staffs were great, professional, polite and friendly. Food and drinks were delicious.and serves hot, good free internet in all area, we spent much time at the roof top swimming pool, bar and lounge, our room was cleaned every day by the ladies and everytime our bed with redecorated in different style, location is great as we could walk to everywhere even though we rented a car and was able to find a safe car park about 5 minuted walk away...

"We loved staying here and didn’t want to leave. We loved the decor of our bedroom and bathroom and loved having breakfast in the courtyard every morning. The roof terrace was lovely too. I also can’t say enough about the women who run the riad who were so lovely despite the language barrier. It can be a little hard to find at first as cars can’t access the road and the door can’t be seen inmediately, so I would advise looking on Google Maps first "

"Even though the hotel is located within the Medina or the “old town” you can tell everything inside the hotel is new and modern. The staff is super hospitable making you feel right at home. The location is extremely convenient, 2 minute walk to the main square, or 2 minute walk to the streets for taxi services. Despite being very close to the main square, the hotel is really peaceful and quiet. Can’t recommend this place enough!!"

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Gramtahouse. Abdul, the Villa manager was exceptional. Accommodating and kind, always available on hand. Our room was huge and had a great view of the garden area with a private balcony. The beds were comfortable and we felt extremely safe on the grounds. The pool and garden area was beautiful and enough shade to keep cool even in 37 degree heat."

"Wow! What an amazing property and introduction to Morocco and Marrakech. I arranged for the airport transfer through the riad, and that was super convenient and affordable. The driver was waiting for us just outside the airport and dropped us off, and we were met by a guide who carried our luggage in a cart through the medina to the riad. The riad itself was beautiful. The main courtyard full of roses. We arranged for dinner to be provided the night we arrived. It may have been the best meal I...

"The property is nice but shower was not working , the water does not drain, it was a mess, wake up call by clerk did not work and i loss my train , would not stay there again , hell no."

"Marrakech is such a busy city outside The hotel is located slightly far from the main attractions areas, however after such a busy day, it is relaxing to stay there, the room is spacious also there are big swaths pools if you want to swim. It is a resort hotel. The staff in the reception is very attentive and friendly."
