We mentioned this to the caretaker as we had read it in reviews as well. She said she would have someone look at it. But why not have it fixed if it already had been mentioned more than once? "The property overlooks the ocean- the views are gorgeous-but is only a 10 minute walk into town and to the beach. The town is wonderful! So many cute shops and restaurants, and the Whitsundays are unbelievable! We stayed in a 3-bedroom unit- it was huge, with an enormous balcony-and it was beautiful. The pools were terrific, too! "
