"The property was quirky in a nice way, great high cieings and old-fashioned furniture. The room was quite large and the traffic noise was not obtrusive. Parking was easy and free. The only slight drawback was that the bathroom was outside the room down a little steep flight of steps, and the bathroom door was through unlockable doors from the main staircase. Still, it didn't bother us. Breakfast was really nice with homemade yoghurt and jam. Would love to go back!"

"Christine and Olivier have a lovely house and have made it comfortable and welcoming for guests. We really enjoyed our stay, the room was big and airy with a super bed. There is tea and coffee provided and breakfast was just right. We had dinner in Nieppe one night and also in the Chaplin bar across in Belgium. "This B and B was simply amazing from top to bottom. Ann, our host was easily available before and during our stay. Our room was immaculate and spacious with a very comfortable bed. The grounds were beautiful with many different sitting areas in a park like setting. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. Ann went out of her way to make us feel welcome and made many good suggestions for our visit to Ypres. We highly recommend this B and B! "
