"We loved this ‘off the beaten track’ cottage. Gorgeous view from the cottage itself, wildlife, amazing drives nearby. Fourth trip to Scotland, and we will be back to this spot, God willing."

The walk into the village is just over 1km, either along a hilly route, which is quieter, or along a level route, where you walk right next to a busy road. The latter option is okay in the evenings, when traffic is less.Nice views from the house. Great Terrace to sit outside. "

"Super location (as long as you like a little solitude) with cracking views. Lovely clean, comfortable and well-equipped cottage that you looked forward to returning to after a busy day. Not a lot in the village amenity wise but the pub is nice and is doing takeaway food during the current restrictions, so at least you don`t have to cook if you really don`t want to. If we return to the area we would look to stop here again if we could, no question. Review independently collected and verified by...

"Im großen Haus mit vielen Zimmern und Bädern haben wir alle viel Platz gehabt und uns sehr, sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Ausblick durch die großen Fenster ist toll. Die Ausstattung aller Räume ist modern und trotzdem gemütlich. Wir können das Haus zu 100% weiterempfehlen."

"Ansprechend und vollständig eingerichtet (TV, Waschmaschine, Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kontaktgrill). Damit ist dann sämtliche Arbeitsfläche verbraucht. Mangels Spülmaschine sind dann sowohl Abwasch als auch Kochen eher umständlich. Im Gegensatz zur Menge der Geräte ist die Qualität im unteren Bereich: Billige Töpfe mit runden Böden, stumpfe Messer, Backofen heizt nicht richtig, bei allen beweglichen Teilen lockere Schrauben. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es nur ein Regal, Licht...
