"Lovely hotel as part of the Kagoshima station complex. The entrance from the station is very convenient but we found it hard to find at first. We would encourage future visitors to be familiar with where they need to go after getting off the train. It's easy when you know how! The gentlemen who assisted us with our check in (Nake?) was excellent and is to be commended. "

"Great hotel in a fantastic location, the steam geysers are going 24/7 which makes for a beautiful view. Hotel itself has tons to do from the Onsen to Games room. The included breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent. The Onsen is quite large with and outdoor section too. The provided pyjamas are so comfy wish I would’ve purchased some."
