However, I encountered some difficulty with the parking space. It was quite challenging to navigate and park a larger vehicle. This could be a potential inconvenience for guests with bigger cars or SUVs. To improve the guest experience, I recommend that the hotel clearly mention this limitation in their comments section or hotel description. Forewarning guests would help manage expectations and allow them to make more informed decisions. Despite this minor issue, the rest of my stay was enjoyable, with comfortable accommodations and friendly service."

"New hotel and rooms are pleasant enough! Just don't arrive out of hours otherwise you have to try your luck with the automated check in. This is not possible without your booking reference. You don't get this with a third party booking site! Good luck with the remote intercom and be prepared to speak some French if not native! Then the code should open the parking gate BUT doesn't if you don't pre-book parking - this wasn't an option on expedia and the intercom refused to add parking to the booking. Had to park on the street! I would rather pay an extra €10 per night for a real person! "

"This is an exemplary property. You will feel like you have been transported to Architectural Digest and the grounds are straight out of a fairytale. The staff is unobtrusive but always handy and helpful. My one caveat is the onsite restaurant is a bit presumptuous but did not live up to the standard. An experience but not one I would repeat "

"A very nice hotel in Cergy within a 10 minute walk of the Port and an easy walk to the train, bus station and shopping. The place was very clean, modern and spacious. The breakfast was convenient and good. The staff were extremely accommodating."
