"Stay away from this place is a big scam they show different pictures on the website than they take you somewhere else stuff are dishonest place dirty… don’t waste your time and your money the worst experience I ever had "
"He tried to cancel us 2 hours before check in. He said that is because he works with multiple platforms at the same time and had overbooking. We witnessed two other couple of customers with similar situations, one of them being told upon arrival. In the end, first night we stayed in another hotel booked by him and next night we had to move again to the hotel originally booked without being told with enough time, however he asked us to move again and we refused."

"Beautiful riad within steps of the old city. We had the junior suite with two single beds up in a loft - the kids loved sleeping up there. The pool is small but refreshing, again the kids appreciated the opportunity to cool down. The rooftop offers a great view of the city. Recommended."

"The Riad is absolutely beautiful, Masha’Allah! Aesthetically stunning and filled with antiques that reflect deep pride and love for Moroccan culture. It’s one of the most tastefully decorated Riads we’ve stayed in and truly captures the charm of Morocco.
One of the main reasons for staying at a Riad is to experience Moroccan hospitality, and overall, this place delivered beautifully. The lady at check-in was very sweet and communicated well from the time we booked, but I didn’t appreciate her insistence on negating our pre-arranged tour. We had chosen a tip-based tour, and she strongly suggested using her $30 option instead.
The two gentlemen on the night shift were amazing. They offered us a plate and knife for oranges from the common area. Older gentleman (possibly owner), said “Please, this is your home,” and younger one served us Moroccan tea with a smile, free of charge. They truly reflected Moroccan warmth and kindness.
What surprised me was being charged 25 dirhams for tea the next day. I didn’t mind paying, but consistency in policies would be appreciated. There was also no iron available. Since Morocco is a Muslim country with many Muslim visitors, I was also surprised they only had one prayer mat when we requested two. Prayer mats should be readily available, as it’s a simple way to make Muslim guests feel at home.
Overall, the Riad is stunning, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the staff are kind. Just a few small improvements would make the experience perfect.

"The help we received from our host Sama was outstanding. She worked hard to meet all of our requests and needs. She did an excellent job! Hamid - our daily waiter/bellman - was always on top of things and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for more. Sama set up a day guide - Abdul - that was masterful and informative. Sama also set up a driver - Ibrahim - that was outstanding and kept us safe on a 7 hour day trip drive."
"I traveled alone to Fez not knowing what to expect. My host picked me up at the airport and made me feel safe and at home . The place is beautiful and the staff was very kind and helpful. I would definitely go back. "
"My family’s stay at this Riad was beyond memorable. All the 4 of us loved every detail of the Riad .The staff couldn’t be more professional or nicer and to name a couple Anwar and Aya .The location was perfect allowing us to access the Old Town as well as the rest .The decoration was breathtakingly beautiful and authentic .We were upgraded to an amazing room on the roof top .Breakfast, the bar , the dining were all excellent .Would highly recommend it to everyone visiting Fez."
"Very nice and beautiful hotel excellent service with 3 different restaurants and very good spa and hammam facilities.
We enjoyed our time there tremendously."
"The property is lovely and in a great location. Our room was clean and extremely comfortable and the plunge pool was refreshing. Both Younes and Khadiga were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Fes."
"Our brief stay was wonderful. The location was very convenient (five minute walk to the Blue Gate). The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating to every request we had. The Onyx Suite was also amazing!"
