I didn’t like that I was told I would get a certain room and I didn’t at first. I had to go back downstairs to let them know. I felt like they were trying to get over on me for some reason. She kept apologizing saying she made a mistake. How could you? Isn’t this your job. Then they put a hold on my card for $400 and told me I was going to get my $400 back and I actually didn’t they deducted whatever fees. Once again I feel like I was taking advantage of.

Loved the rooms, the view, the balcony. The coffee shop and restaurant was awesome. We enjoyed the appetizers and the morning pastries that were available. Construction is a large city is always happening so bring ear plugs. We did get locked out of our room as our keys cards didn’t work, a minor inconvenience but still. Will def stay here again. I loved the fact that it was connected to the mall. We played miniature golf, shopped and did the escape room and o ky walked two minutes thru the mall to get there

Very friendly staff and accommodating and helpful Nice rooms for the price and centrally located on Collins ave so everything was nearby including a cvs which came in handy twice

Cleaning staff was excellent, however, the front desk person that helped me was not helpful and herded my family through like cattle. Snacks and beverages are exorbitantly expensive and not having a mini fridge to use is ridiculous.

The location is prime . Walking distance to beach, ocean drive , shopping , restaurants Breakfast included which is very good Good Service received by all staff but especially Henry at the reception. He was always so helpfull and friendly .
