"The place is very ran down. The staff is very rude, specially Olivia and sonele. They screamed at me because they made a mistake on their end regarding the breakfast. The food tastes worse than hospital or school food. No hospitality at all. The beds and pillows were the level of a hostel. The bathroom had no soap. "Its a decent 4 star hotel with exceptional service . Very quite and relaxing. The rooms facing the valley and mountains are the best for views. Its well priced. Plenty of parking. Basic gym with sauna. No complains. "
