"The hotel looked shady from the get go. The toilet had to be fixed when we got there and couldn’t change rooms he is e”there wasn’t another room available”. Found a couple bed bugs on the sheets and the cover on the other bed looked as if it had dry blood on it. Also it’s not the Hotel Aiken that you’re staying at, but the Holley House. May want to change that on your site. Overall an unpleasant experience to say the least. "

Great experience

"When we check-in the lady at the desk was absolutely the nicest person we met at a hotel on our trip. She was pleasantly accommodating and helpful. We was able to get our room right in front of the pool like we wanted. She brought free towels and rags to our room and made sure we knew she was there to assist us in whatever we needed. We are planning on coming back to the area in a couple weeks and will be staying at this hotel."

"Your staff was amazing. Michael,Juan and Brittany made my stay very pleasant. I enjoyed there hospitality and friendship while I was there. They were very accommodating and helpful. You're cleaning people and maintenance were there to help with anything that I needed. You have a very good staff"
