"I want to be fair: our host ultimately refunded half, which was sufficient but the stay itself was messy.We arrived 30 minutes after check-in and still had to wait 1.5 hours while the host finished cleaning (beds, bathrooms, laundry). She explained a late doctor’s appointment delayed her, which I empathize with, but there was no text warning.
