"The room was spotless and was more like a small apartment. You could tell the staff paid attention to details and it was impressive. There is a rooftop bar area. Itās small, but the views are spectacular- grab a drink on the first floor and head up there. You need to pick a slot for breakfast. We chose 0730- they werenāt 100% set up yet, but it was fine. We werenāt rushed and there was a good selection. Re the bedā¦ I found the bed comfortable but the pillows a little too big. We had trouble w the WiFi near the bed but it was perfect near the couch and kitchenette. Nowā¦ Iāll be honest- booking this place was a mistakeā¦ a literal mistakeā¦ we were looking for a place between Porto and Lisbon and I had decided on a different city, but I failed to close the tab on browser. We decided what the heckā¦ wellā¦ this place is a gem. We loved Coimbra. We loved the hotel and the staff was amazing. I have no doubt we will be back and for a longer stay next time."
