The floor plan works for a couple, a small family, or two couples. There are 2.5 bathrooms and a large open plan living room/dining room + kitchen. A utility room contains a washing machine. "Location was absolutely wonderful - so quiet and peaceful yet so many ski lifts within 30 mins drive. Gabriela and her family were wonderful hosts - we really enjoying meeting the animals (cats,dog, chickens and cows - not forgetting the gorgeous calf Gloria). The cabin was perfect and we really enjoyed the sauna. Thank you so much. I hope we get to come back some time soon."

"The cottage was ok, very small and rather outdated, but it did the job for a quick overnight stay during our Bavaria and Austria trip, would not recommend for longer stay. HOWEVER, not only are there additional guest and verbo service fees on top of the nightly charge, which is typical, but there's 70 eur cleaning fee in cash AND 10 eur per person towel and bed linen fee in cash! Each person has to bring their own bed linen and towels. And you'll receive an email with mattress and bedding...

"We had a wonderful 9-day summer stay in August, having come over from England (sorry this review is in English!). The house was fantastic and the area very beautiful. My eight-year-old twins loved climbing some of the local peaks, going to high-wire parks and local swimming pools. My elderly father was happy sitting on the great verandah, drinking a beer and watching the sun set over the mountains. "Ein Haus in traumhafter Lage. In dem Haus fehlt es an nix. Vermieterin war immer erreichbar. Toller Ausgangspunkt für tolle Wanderungen und zu anderen Stätten. Die Straße ist von der Terrasse aus zu hören aber störte uns nicht. Im Haus bekommt man davon nix mit. Wir kommen gerne wieder ins hat es mega gefallen."

Frisch renovierte Bäder und eine komplette Ausstattung im Haus und Garten tragen dazu bei, dass man sich sofort zuhause fühlt. Das Freizeitangebot in Bad Mitterndorf und Umgebung ist auch im Sommer sehr vielfältig. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!"

"Das Ferienhaus ist sehr zu empfehlen ! Es hat alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und man hat mit 10 Personen ausreichend Platz. Auch die Lage ist top. Von dort aus kann man sämtliche Ausflüge starten. Zu Fuß ist das Dorf in ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen und man kann bei der sehr netten Vermieterin eine Kanne frische Milch Zapfen. Einziger minus Punkt ist die direkt angrenzende Straße."

"Das Landhaus liegt sehr abgeschieden. Nachts ist es bei Wolken absolut dunkel und ruhig. Man hört nur die Steyr rauschen oder den Wind in den Bäumen. In etwas Abstand am Haus vorbei geht ein Wanderweg die Steyer entlang, der schöne Ausblicke auf das klare Bergwasser bietet. Da das Landhaus ganz unten im Flußtal liegt, ist es sehr windgeschützt. Mit den Öfen ist schnell geheizt und es verbreitet sich eine gemütliche Wärme. Die Einrichtung ist einfach, aber sehr stilvoll. Meine Frau und ich waren...

Their Breakfast offerings have both cold and hot stations. They had fresh fruits and fresh veggies.
