"the condo was great, it was clean and easy to find. the check in was smooth. the security guard gave us a tour of property and took us to our assigned parking spot. he answered all of our questions and was very friendly. our condo was spacious and we had a great view of the canal. the kitchen came with everything except a peeler a spatula, knives were very dull. We were not able to connect wifi to TV. liked that laundry soap and extra toilet paper was provided. "

"This stay was in a great location, even closer to the beach than I pictured! Perfect for people renting a car (the parking garage underneath has windows with lots of spots). If you are concerned about parking - early morning and late night (after 8 pm) are best times to get zoo parking. During the day we had luck with the garage right underneath this unit. Peter was very helpful, check in and checkout were a breeze. A great deal compared to some of the pricier hotels surrounding!"

"I was expecting to stay on a higher floor but ends up having room at 6th floor at Kona Tower and facing with parking view of the mall 😆. I will stay there again but will make sure next time I will stay at the tall building. From front desk to room cleaner, to any worker i'd seen around are all friendly and approachable.
