"Everything at the lodge was good but could have been great with improved communication. Our family of four arrived at the same time as a group and we were offered the options to joint their tours on an expedited schedule (four days of activities in two days). We joined them for the full day Napo tour and really enjoyed the day but we were very rushed and had no idea what activity was next. At the end of the day, the four of us were left alone at the river bank for 45 minutes waiting for he bus...

"The condo had a really nice view and was very clean. We forgot to arrange for check-in before we got there, but everything turned out fine. The location is very serene, yet just a two minute drive from the more busy part of the city. It was 95F (35C) degrees there, and the air conditioning worked very well thankfully. "

"These were the most amazing hosts we have ever had. The space was ultra clean, the balcony was just breathtaking and they even left a bowl of local fruit for us! We didn't have a plan to see the countryside, so they actually put us in their car and gave us one of the best tours I could have imagined. They truly went out of their way to make sure we encountered all the animals on our bucket list, and I cannot thank them enough. They even arranged transportation (Taxi) for us to get us back to...
