Some areas are looking a little tired (wallpaper seams opening in some of the rooms etc) but the hotel is spotlessly clean, rooms cleaned and towels replaced everyday. Food is wonderful, a very varied selection and all freshly prepared. The staff and service are excellent, would definitely recommend. "

"Beautiful hotel very clean and spacious. Staff super friendly and informative. My only gripe was that the swimming pool is not open until 4pm when we aways like to swim before breakfast. Rooms large with all amenities you could need as we had left our toiletries in our last hotel 200 miles away"

"I want to offer my thoughts on this location. Would we stay here again? I think we would. The location is great and the home is nice. Pros: Luis and Majorie were great. Accessible and responsive- thanks so much. The space was nice, the location with the beach, the walkway, the park gym next door were all great. The decks were awesome, appliances all worked, we had Netflix. The home was clean and smelled clean. The bedrooms were dark in the morning although the beds were pretty firm. There’s a grocery store a short walk away. Coffee stuff was provided and the home felt secure. Cons: it was a bit loud at times with street noise and nearby construction. It isn’t stand alone and is sandwiched between 2 other properties which was also a bit noisy when they were working on one side. And the other side had a smoker (had to close windows so smoke wouldn’t come in) and the smoker would cough every morning until they left. Kinda gross. There were tiny ants in the kitchen- quite a lot of them. The shower downstairs is tiny which wasn’t great. The water isn’t great so you need to buy water. As I say, the bed was too firm for my liking. I was going to put the air conditioning down as a negative but it does work you just need to take the time to figure it out. A heads up- this is a 3 story home with quite steep and narrow steps. If mobility is an issue it may not be a good choice. Overall we enjoyed it and would likely use again if the opportunity arose. "WiFi service not very good."

"We were very impressed by all the staff couldn't do enough for us, we went there with friends to celebrate Moira's birthday. We had a few problems the air conditioning wasn't working so it was 27° in our room and very hot in our friends room also the jacuzzi bath didn't work. Some of the furniture needs tidying up. The big problem for us was the boat yard next door sanding a boat for painting was very noisy other than that we had a great time."
