"Well equipped penthouse in great urbanisation. It was our third monthly stay here and please to find the gardens and pool had been well looked after during the pandemic. The lift broke during our stay but it was mended within two hours on a Saturday afternoon, Very good service, Adam the owner is a delight to deal with and extremely helpful."

"Location of apartment was very good, a bit noisy on the balcony due to being on the road side however there is a beautiful quiet pool area. Close to shop and some bars and restaurants. Easily accessible walk to beach, very close to apartment. Mary, the owner is very attentive, made sure we knew how to use everything and contacted us to check everything was ok. "We found the apartment very small the kitchen especially small almost impossible to cook in even though there was everything you could possibly need very well equipped. The towels were very old and like dusters we had to go and buy a couple of bath towels from todo shop there was no toilet paper on arrival no cleaning products to keep it clean the beds were rock hard only one sunbed was usable the others were all broken as were the sun umbrellas the bikes had flat tyres. "Steve was very helpful in taking a last minute booking. The property is a little further out than we thought and so a car (especially for carrying shopping up Cardiac Hill) would be recommended. Also lots of steps until you realise that going out, two flights and then lift bring you to the garage level. "Property was decorated to a good standard in a modern style. Wifi was good and TV had a good selection of Spanish programmes. The lounge had air conditioning which was needed. Stairs a bit of a hassle for my wife but we managed. Lovely terrace that was nicely stocked with furniture to eat at and to relax. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge freezer, and microwave. The only problem we had was finding it. None of the doors are numbered in the block and there were 3 to choose...
