"The rooms in October has no air conditioning, they turn it off we were on the 20 th floor when you opened the window all you hear was the noise of the cars. We did get a fan for the room but it was very noisy, so room gets to 28 degrees, the gym has no air conditioner as well , so if you are like me and you work out go in the morning. "Well appointed, comfortable rooms. Excellent service from bellhop to check-in to complimentary welcome drink. Two rooms were booked and both of us could not give higher praise. Pictures do not do the hotel justice in our opinion. I didn't capture any photos though. Hotel shuttle service offered, but we had a very early morning flight, so we booked an Uber instead. Would definitely stay here again when in Porto."
