Would of ben nice if they told me in advance that their rooftop and balconies weren't completed, thats what i was looking foward to the most. But other than that everything was great specially the staff.

Very good restaurant. Excellent staff. I did not like the lack of an office chair. I did not like the lack of overhead lighting in the bedroom and the living area. Parking is VERY difficult!

We arrived earlier than anticipated and were immediately allowed to check in. No hassle. No extra charge. I read all the reviews prior to choosing this hotel. While it's true that it's kind of isolated, it's s not far from the Centro or the airport. Everyone was polite and professional. We stayed in a suite. It was clean and HUGE. Definitely my go to hotel from now on.

WOW!! This isn’t your ordinary Holiday Inn. It felt more like a resort to me. The Staff here is what made my stay so great. I ordered room service daily and the food was great and Cesar was always so helpful and pleasant (gracias Cesar). Breakfast Buffet was good (the fresh fruit was my favorite). Angeles and Carlos with housekeeping always made sure I was good and didn’t need anything in my room. The front desk was so helpful in arranging a shuttle to the airport. The gym was basic but has what you need to get a good workout in. Free washer and drier to use ( just bring your own detergent). Rooms were clean and has AC! I am from the States and need AC to sleep comfortable at night, especially in the summer heat. WiFi worked great. I would say the cons is that there is nothing around walking distance (besides an OXXO) but I took an Uber downtown and to the mall to explore. The patio isn’t open which was a bummer because I wanted to get some work done with some sunshine (hopefully it opens soon). But I would definitely stay here again.
