The only issue I had was there is no elevator in the parking lot so you have to walk up the stairs to the ground floor from 4 levels below ground. "

"This is your place to stay on Vieques! The inside of the apartment far exceeded what we expected. There is a nice secluded balcony where you can sit and listen to the coqui or wait for the iguana to lay on his branch directly in front of you. The street where the apartment is on has several restaurants including Mama Mia's, a pizza place that rivals anything found in the continental US. Be sure and stop at the breakfast place across the street Piu Bello that also serves gelato."
