"So magical ✨ Such a beautiful place with wonderful staff! The room was gorgeous with a view of the water and the property is insane with so many places to sit and beautiful foliage. We felt very welcomed and the staff are very accommodating. We didn’t utilize this but if you need they will hold your luggage for you after you checkout so you can keep enjoying the property! We booked kayaks through the hotel and highly recommend. The view is perfect! We ate at the restaurant for dinner once and twice for breakfast. The quality was always great! We did enjoy the breakfast more than the dinner if you are choosing just one. For transportation you can only access the hotel via lancha. Every lancha driver knows Casa del Mundo so they drop you right at the dock. Lanchas stop after sunset so you have to plan accordingly and this can make getting dinner outside the hotel tricky. The hotel keeps everything on a tab for you and you pay at checkout. They take cash, Venmo, and PayPal so just make sure you are prepared. Can’t recommend staying here enough it was so magical!"

"Affordable rooms if you are passing through. Easy to walk to the lake and vendors, nice view to the volcanos. Breakfast is so delicious! 😋 The staff were so kind and they let me ckeck in earlier then expected after a long trip. I think they can improve the amenities. There should be a couch in the room instead of chairs and some extra blankets for cold weathers."

"Great stay. I actually extended it for 4 days. The rooms are good, the pool and the restaurant/bar is nice. It’s very well located. The staff are all friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again!"
