"When we arrived, the receptionist couldn’t find our reservation and treated us poorly, almost as if the mistake were ours. Even after I showed her all the confirmation details, she kept insisting there was nothing under my name. Eventually she located the reservation, and her attitude changed immediately—she became friendly and chatty.
Front‑desk staff should treat every guest or potential guest with courtesy and professionalism, regardless of any confusion with the system.

"I believe this is the best location in Tucuman (Plaza Independencia). The hotel itself is slightly less nice than the Sheraton where I've also stayed, but the location more than makes up for it. The first downside is the absence of an ironing board in the room AND the inability to receive one upon request. The second downside is the poor noise insulation for sound coming from the hallway (which is worsened by what seem to be hollow doors to enter the rooms). Accoustic door sealing kits should be...
