"My wife and I are easy and didn’t mind the lack of A/C but you cannot leave the windows open because of the bright lights, loud traffic, and moist air. Even when we did leave the windows open there is not much wind to speak of in Furnas so it didn’t help. Had there been at least a floor fan to provide some circulation of air it would have made for a much better sleep and stay. Otherwise the place was as described, clean, close to everything and the host was available. "

"This property was perfect. We stayed only one night to see Ponta Delgada and have a night out. It was walking distance from all the nice restaurants and clubs. It is on a quiet road right next to everything. Apartment was spacious w an incredible balcony. Would stay here again. "

Not only he made sure to accommodate us as to when to have the cleaning staff come in due to our dog He texted us with many suggestions for site and restaurants in the island to explore . "They are very helpful in all aspects, from booking tours, booking our taxi for airport transport. They where very accommodating with early check in and late check out due to our flight times. They have an area to hold our luggage so we could explore Açores luggage free. They are also very fast with replying to messages especially while in Açores! Apartment was clean and they cleaned daily and gave us fresh towels! "
