Have given 4 stars only because it is quite a walk into La Herradura down steep hills - about 20 mins - 30 mins. "This is a lovely large Villa which was perfect for us as we were 3 families holidaying together. Plenty of outdoor space and the shared pool (although we were the only ones in it) was well kept and a good size for swimming and diving. It's a 10 min walk down a steep hill to the town. "We are a family of 4 (kids aged 10 and 4 years old) and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house. It is spacious and very clean. Although rustic this house is very well equipped with everything you could need. The air conditioning in the bedrooms is excellent and welcome on hot evenings. The pool and the surrounding area are fabulous. Very clean and well maintained. The views are spectacular and well worth the short journey up the hill. "Lovely stay in a great villa. A slight problem with a smelly septic tank whilst we were there but all sorted within hours of notifying the owners. Only slights comment would be that a few of the outdoor lights/pool lights did not appear to work so prob needs a quick look at. BUT tbf, we didn’t tell them so therefor they couldn’t possibly know. "This hotel was a life saver! Myself and my friend originally booked a hotel in a different place and had to change hotels at the last minute. The Suites Gran Via 44 had an open room so we took it, and we were not disappointed! The staff were very friendly and the accommodations were very well cleaned. The room was nicely sized with a small kitchen, dinning table, medium size bedroom, and medium sized bathroom. The room overall was very nice and clean.Will defiantly be staying here again!!❤️"
