"A really fabulous hotel close to the station and close to the city centre too - I couldn’t think of a better location to stay. The room was spacious and the bathroom clean! The little touch of a x10 mirror really made a difference. The outside terrace at the hotel was lovely in the evening and there was also a splash park area for kids. Would highly recommend and would stay there again for sure."

"Great location separate from the main hotel. We had a room with kitchen. Very convenient for storing our own drinks and food. Reheated some leftovers for breakfast. Nice view of canal. Comfortable bed and great location. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed ourselves very much in Delft. Hotel staff were very polite and helpful. Easy walk from the main train station. We recommend this hotel."

"It was only a five-minute walk for Delft railway station, which was important to me as I was on an Interrail trip around mainland Europe. There were also trams nearby. The hotel was in a very nice area Delft is really quite lovely. There was no shortage of restaurants and bars very close by. It was slightly confusing that the registration for La Noire hotel is at the hotel next door, but not an issue. I was pleased that the bedroom had a fridge - I consider that quite important to keep drinks cool."

"Quiet place to stay. Convenient location, easy to walk to everything. The room was not as clean as I would have preferred with cobwebs and a few skinny spiders in the corners with a hair on the sheet. The staff was very nice and helpful. They allowed us to leave our luggage after check out. I never saw another guest will staying there. The courtyard was not well kept- did not look like the picture online. Delft is beautiful. If you check in after hours you have to go to another property first to get the key."

"The suite itself was spacious and had several great features: a good coffee machine, a large soaker tub, big windows with effective light-blocking curtains, strong heating and air conditioning, and good overall lighting. Unfortunately, there were several issues that negatively impacted the stay. The bed was not very comfortable, and the sheets were noticeably rough and “loud,” making them unpleasant to sleep on. Cleanliness was also a concern, as there was hair from a previous guest tangled around the shower hose and visible dirty fingerprints on doors. The biggest disappointment, however, was the front desk service—specifically from Maxim. We initially had trouble operating the room safe. While he attempted to help over the phone, after continued issues he simply told us that they had many different types of safes and that we would have to figure it out ourselves, rather than offering assistance. On another occasion, I asked where I could get ice cubes. He told me I needed to go upstairs to the restaurant and request some there. When I spoke with the restaurant staff, they said they had no ice and seemed confused as to why I had been sent there. After returning to my room, I called the front desk again to ask where I could actually find ice, and Maxim responded rudely: “Maybe you can find them in America.” I’m extremely dissatisfied with the level of professionalism and courtesy displayed. The poor service alone would prevent me from recommending."
