The +: well placed in a calm and protected environment. Pleasant terraces whatever the weather and the hour. Beach accessible at 400 m. The -: Poorly maintained house, recovered dirty. Used appliances, electricity of the house to be taken over. Garbage management and key recovery are very complicated. Portobello is quite isolated: very few shops nearby.

Das Haus liegt ganz am Rand der Siedlung von Portobello. Nur Bewohner haben Zugang zur Siedlung. Wunderbarer Blick vom Haus auf die Felsen. Direkt am Haus ist der Zugang zum Wasser möglich, jedoch schwimmen nicht so einfach, da es recht seicht ist und die Steine im Wasser recht rutschig. Der nächste Sandstrand ist 10 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Es gibt mehrere schöne Strände innerhalb der Siedlung, Badeschuhe trotzdem empfehlenswert. Im Zentrum gibt es einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen, eine Bar und ein Restaurant. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, Backofen und Herd haben sehr gut funktioniert! Großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Gläser und Besteck und Tassen wie so oft in Ferienhäusern nicht wirklich zu gebrauchen. Weil: Gläser angelaufen und trüb, Besteck alt und unansehnlich. Die Teller sind ok. Auflaufformen gibt es auch. Die Sitzecke hat sehr weiche Polster, die könnten mal erneuert werden. gammelige dünne Auflagen für die Liegestühle. Alles etwas lieblos. Das Thema Mülltrennung wurde schon öfters erwähnt, das ist aber in ganz Sardinien so streng geregelt, dass die Siedlung Portobello keine Container anbietet, dafür kann die Agentur nichts. Die Wegbeschreibung ist top! Den Schlüssel gibt es beim Torwächter zur vereinbarten Zeit.
