"The apartment is set within a secure and sprawling golfing estate. It is fully equipped - fridge freezer, washing machine, iron, tv & audio. You do need a car to get around and off the complex. The staff are very good, there are dining and shopping facilities on site. We travelled round to some of the surrounding villages for breakfast and dinner"

The Villa is fabulous with all of the amenities you need while on holiday, it is extremely spacious and the outside space is excellent. The welcome pack was very much appreciated and quite extensive. "We have just had a wonderful 2 weeks in Villa Elena. So comfortable and perfect for a relaxing holiday. We would have breakfast on the front terrace and sit on the balcony each evening to watch the sunset. The Villa is very private and in a quiet neighbourhood and the view across the valley by the pool is lovely. The restaurants in the nearby village of Kouklia are excellent. I can’t wait to return in the future."

"We had an amazing stay at Villa Alexia in Cyprus. Before I’d even booked the owner responded to my questions quickly and was really helpful. The Villa looks like it does in the advertised pictures so there was no disappointment there and it was lovely and clean. We are a family of five (2 adults and a 13,12 and 8 year old) and the Villa had everything we needed - the beautiful pool provided us with hours of entertainment. "As a family of 4 we had an amazing stay. The owner Tania couldn’t do enough for us and easy to contact. The villa is one of the best equipped villa we have stayed at including all the essentials when you arrive. Dont even need to take beach towels. Whilst remote just 20 mins away you are in paphos and beaches. Suited us the quiet life and yet you could get to plenty of activities close by! Loved it!"

"I went to the villa/house for just under five weeks. I had some time on my own, some with a friend and some with my husband. We all loved the house. The pool was kept spotlessly clean, it was 28-30 deg all the way through apart from the first day or two which was 26/27 and still warm enough to swim. It had everything you needed at the place and any small issues that arose were attended to by Amanda and Rob who managed the property. Mark, the owner, was always quick to respond all the way...

"First trip back for a number of years -could not have found a better spot. Great, well equipped villa with a pool overlooking the sea in a tranquil but accessible spot. Nothing in the way of facilities that we would want had been overlooked. We would recommend a car though, unless you are a hiking enthusiast -we tried on the first night and found the walk back too daunting after a full Cypriot repast! Pissouri has a number of excellent bars, taverns and restaurants, both in the higher village...

"We have stopped in these villas before and like on my last review we knew that the villas are only basic which is reflected in the price . You couldnt ask for a nice owner and thats why i dont really want to write this review but i am on hoping channges will be made to encourage people to go back year after year . "This villa was everything we needed. It was only about 30mins drive from airport, 30 mins to Adonis waterfalls, 40 mins to Limassol and 1.5hrs to North Cyprus. The villa it's self was so quite and peaceful. It offered all the amenities we needed and the pool was perfect. Plenty places to sit and relax, including the roof top terrace which had amazing views. We may visit again in the near future as we just couldn't fault the villa or the host."

"We had a super time at this place and the owner was very easy to contact and so flexible when we asked to check out later. It was a spacious property with a well kitted interior and also a beautiful outside are with several outdoor sitting spots, a lovely size swimming pool and completed with olive and lemon trees! "We had a lovely holiday at Villa Pheakon. The villa is clean, light, modern and well equipped. We arrived late to find a very useful welcome pack which Pam, the local manager for the villa, provided. She popped in the first morning to welcome us and was always available to contact should there be a need. There is very efficient air conditioning (on timers) with the added bonus of ceiling fans in the bedrooms as well. The private pool was very clean and inviting and we enjoyed lovely morning...
