"We had an exceptional stay at Palladium in Mykonos! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our experience seamless and memorable. Thanos at the front desk was especially wonderful—his warm welcome truly set the tone for our stay. We were surprised with a complimentary room upgrade for one night, which was such a generous and thoughtful gesture. The team also helped us book fantastic dinner reservations, arranged a scooter rental so we could explore the island, and were always ready to assist with anything we needed. They provided complimentary airport and ferry pick-up/drop-off, and when we didn’t feel like taking the scooter, they kindly called transportation for us or offered complimentary drop-offs to the nearby beach area. Every staff member we met was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. Breakfast each morning was delicious and beautifully presented. Truly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had—highly recommend!"

Very courteous friendly staff! Rides from airport to and from were free. Maria at the front desk even notified me about possible ferry delays and helped me check in !
