"A lovely stay for a family holiday. Our party consisted of 7 people ranging from 6 to 67 and the villa was perfect for us. Its a homely villa with lots of space set in a lovely garden with great views. The pool and tennis/boules area was a great hit with everyone. We were there in early April with some uncharacteristic rainy weather so the pool was a little cool but then realised we could ask for it to be heated. Richard arranged for this very quicky and it was worth every penny. The area is quiet and residential. There is a good supermarket 10 minutes away (with a smaller branch in Pegeia). There is also a good bakery in the town and the restaurant we tried was good - there are other restaurants and cafes there. Pafos is 20 minutes away. The zoo (we did sometimes hear the lions and other animals ) was worth a visit. Richard recommended Kafizis beach (less than 10 minutes away) which was very quiet and safe and also had changing rooms, toilets and free parking. .Communication with Richard was very easy. We would recommend the villa for an easy and relaxing family holiday and would book again if we return to Cyprus. "

"Good points- very comfy beds, pool and outside area, quick communication with hosts when problems arose, for example we discovered the microwave did not work, the next morning a brand new microwave was brought round. Air conditioning. Spacious bedroomsBad points - villa is dated and needs a makeover especially the bathrooms and showers. The shower cubicles are too small and 1 of our party could not get in the downstairs shower. The washing machine is very, very loud especially when on the spin cycle. The location of the villa is remote, only a couple of other villas around, you definitely need transport. What would have been the nearest restaurant just down the road has now closed down. The outside table is lovely but is too high for the chairs which are actually comfy.We enjoyed our stay and especially all the cats that visited us but would choose a different villa somewhere else if visiting the area again"

"The apartments are neat, comfortable, with separate bathrooms, although the plumbing equipment is outdated. The location of the apartments is good."

"We stayed between the 7th and 13th October 2025.All we can say is WOW!, what a lovely apartment. Inga and Tim are great hosts, nothing was any trouble. The apartment is very very clean, everything is there what you need. The pool is lovely and very clean, the area around the pool is surrounded by a patio and very well kept gardens. Will definitely be back and stay again. I think anyone who books and stays at the apartment will be impressed."

"Excellent property super clean everything about this house is quality, top of the range appliances in the kitchen and bathrooms with loads of hot water. The beds are both queen and very comfortable there is also a large balcony with great views. If you like to stay in some evenings the t.v. has every channel including sky and t.n.t sports channels."

"Overall a very pleasant stay for 2 weeks in August. The property is quite secluded so there are no shops around but we tried all 3 local restaurants and have to say Nature Cafe was our favourite (very nice staff, food was good and although there is not much of a sea view, the overall quality was better).The property itself was clean when we arrived, we struggled a little to get the air conditioning working well but Andrea helped us first thing in the morning and it was perfect for the next 2 weeks. The pool area was clean but after a few days got pretty dusty due to the local area being a little windy. It had no impact to our stay and spent a fair few hours in the pool and outdoor lounging area.If I am being picky, I would say the shower in the ensuite bedroom is due an upgrade, but was perfectly adequate for our stay.I would stay here again in the future, it's a sizeable property with a good size pool and outdoor area."
