"Good points- very comfy beds, pool and outside area, quick communication with hosts when problems arose, for example we discovered the microwave did not work, the next morning a brand new microwave was brought round. Air conditioning. Spacious bedroomsBad points - villa is dated and needs a makeover especially the bathrooms and showers. The shower cubicles are too small and 1 of our party could not get in the downstairs shower. The washing machine is very, very loud especially when on the spin cycle. The location of the villa is remote, only a couple of other villas around, you definitely need transport. What would have been the nearest restaurant just down the road has now closed down. The outside table is lovely but is too high for the chairs which are actually comfy.We enjoyed our stay and especially all the cats that visited us but would choose a different villa somewhere else if visiting the area again"

"We stayed between the 7th and 13th October 2025.All we can say is WOW!, what a lovely apartment. Inga and Tim are great hosts, nothing was any trouble. The apartment is very very clean, everything is there what you need. The pool is lovely and very clean, the area around the pool is surrounded by a patio and very well kept gardens. Will definitely be back and stay again. I think anyone who books and stays at the apartment will be impressed."

"Overall a very pleasant stay for 2 weeks in August. The property is quite secluded so there are no shops around but we tried all 3 local restaurants and have to say Nature Cafe was our favourite (very nice staff, food was good and although there is not much of a sea view, the overall quality was better).The property itself was clean when we arrived, we struggled a little to get the air conditioning working well but Andrea helped us first thing in the morning and it was perfect for the next 2 weeks. The pool area was clean but after a few days got pretty dusty due to the local area being a little windy. It had no impact to our stay and spent a fair few hours in the pool and outdoor lounging area.If I am being picky, I would say the shower in the ensuite bedroom is due an upgrade, but was perfectly adequate for our stay.I would stay here again in the future, it's a sizeable property with a good size pool and outdoor area."

"Villa Manzanillo is a tranquil and secluded villa located in a desirable area of Peygia very close to the "Pafos Zoo"(no smells). Definitely a car is required.The villa is surrounded by wonderful shrubs and fruit trees.We, four adults and three young children have spent a most enjoyable fortnight with much fun in the infinity pool. Very clean and perfect temperature. It is a homely villa and suited our young family well.The outside pool area is shaded in the morning for breakfast but completely engulfed in warm sunshine in the afternoon. The awnings gave much needed shade.All our meals were outside on the large table provided on the pool deck area. It was a little warm to enjoy the badminton court area.The air conditioning and ceiling fans were most efficient although there was often a lovely breeze through the house.Very relaxing to sit out of an evening with the occasional roar from the lions.Thank you to Richard who was a perfect host. Communication was excellent and responded very quickly to any questions. He was most helpful in providing extra amenities for our young grandchildren.We very much like the area of Peygia and have no reason not to book Richards villa again."
