"On first look the villa is everything that it appears. Clean and spacious although the kitchen is small. The villa does not have four air conditioned bedrooms which is stated in the description, it has three. The fourth room is a un ventilated basement room with two windows so high you cannot reach them and if opened would be ground level, a door but this would be below ground level.
