"This house is pretty amazing. The views and space was fantastic. It’s like a post card. There was an issue with the property owner, wanting to charge us an additional $40 for some sort of tax So just be aware that there aren’t any added/hidden costs to your overall bill She asked me to leave the $40 in a drawer and I forgot about it I definitely feel this should have been added to the bill prior and if not, they should just eat that $40 at this point because the house was not inexpensive."
